Printmall believes that users should feel that there are real people behind the computers. Therefore, we shall estabslish a connection of putting a call through to every print order or request made using our website. Which is to confirm users decisions for possible print errand.
Also we are readily available at the beck and call of our users to return print products with identified print mistakes at no extra charge.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Our delivery agreement is within the working days. Which is mainly based on the time the user/customer wants the work delivered, and the time the print shop selected by the user/customer can deliver.
For this reason, we are focused on providing timely delivery of the user/customer requests according to the interest of the customer. We are concerned about schedules time stated by the user/customer.
We work 12 hours a day(8am - 8pm), 6 days a week(monday - saturday) and every month of the year.
